Synetrack and other B2B services may be governed by separate commercial agreements, order forms, service agreements, subscription terms, data processing terms, support terms, or platform-specific terms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial agreement, order form, or service-specific agreement for Synetrack or another B2B service, the signed commercial agreement or service-specific agreement will prevail for that service.

18. Business Users, Operators, Affiliates, and Partners

If you use our services on behalf of a company, operator, affiliate, affiliate network, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of that organisation and to bind it to applicable terms, agreements, submissions, and communications.
